《Cancellation before shipment》
The customers may be allowed to cancel your order if all the following conditions are met.
- The product has not been customized. Customized products cannot be returned.
- Cancellation should be notified to us by phone or email within one (1) hour after placing your order.
- Cancellation should be notified to us prior to receiving the "Notification of Product Shipment" email from us.

We will ask you "customer name", "order number", and "the reason for cancellation", and therefore, please prepare them in advance.
2. How to cancel by email
Please notify us of your cancellation by emailing us with your "customer name", "order number", and "the reason for cancellation".

As a small, select company, we strive to deliver our products quickly and carefully.
Therefore, due to our shipping arrangement, we regret that we cannot accept the cancellation of your order during preparation for shipment or after shipment one (1) hour after placing your order.

《Returns and exchange of products》
We take utmost care in handling our products, however, in the case where the delivered product has any defects, we accept returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are limited to unused products and within one (1) week of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
